RDP Client Error for Windows 2012 server - The remote computer requires Network level Authentication, Which your computer does not support.

• I have got error while taking RDP of my newly install WIndows 2012 datacenter server 
• "The remote computer requires Network level Authentication, Which your computer does not support."

• There were no authentication scheme apply in my organization. rest all servers were able to take RDP from the same desktop RDP client

• For trouble shoot I have taken ILO Console of the Server from my desk and check the RDP setting on Windows 2012 server. 

I Found that on <Control Panel\System and Security\System\Remote setting> on Remote Tab - option selected "Allow remote connection to this server" and also the below check box of  "Allow connection only from computer running remote desktop with network level authentication (Recommended)"  I have remove that tick and all goes well.
